False advertising

Description was entirely incorrect. Not only only but twice I was shipped a chair with now ottoman. After speaking with customer service, they claimed both pieces should be shipped together. So I returned the chair, and was shipped another chair with no ottoman. After speaking with customer service again, they didn’t have a clue on how to resolve the issue, and then asked if I’d like to return the item to my local Macy’s. Needless to say the m returning another chair, and cancelling the order.
