Little chip, and bubble

I was mostly happy with my purchase. Nice color. However, one dinner plate has a tiny chip on the rim and another a tiny bubble in the middle of the plate.

Huge Durability Issue

Purchased these as a replacement for a set that my dad used to have - both he and the dishes are long gone, and these are very close in style. However, the plates arrived scratched, and after washing and stacking the plates in a cabinet, the reason is clear - stacking these plates on top of each other causes the glaze to scrape right off. I have requested a partial refund, as I no longer have the box these came in, but I do not see how I could possibly use them if the glaze can simply be scraped right off the plate? I don't feel safe to eat off this dishware.
