Very Disappointing!

This is not what i expected and diffident than the one showing on the picture. it did not come with both ends of the couch, missing ottoman and another large pieces. It’s so floppy and low grade quality or no quality at all! I am returning this product to the seller and i want my credit or refund back! The roller does not have a hole to screw it in! Very very disappointing!!!

please dont buy it

I bought this couch based on the picture. I didn't read any reviews, one of the biggest mistakes its very loose, you can lie back without putting it against the wall. It can't even hold my 9-year-old. I am 120lbs, and I can't sit on this couch for more than 30 minutes without getting a backache. Please don't buy return it a hassle because you have to take it ups store
