Worry No More does not honor Contract
My contract still has 1 year 4 months and they will not fix the 2 recliners on my sofa. My 96 year old mom was stuck on one in the up position. They denied my claim without any reason. The middle seat in the picture is the one stuck up. The recliner to the left is also broken. I can’t use my sofa with the one seat stuck up.

I bought this couch 4 months ago and have had not one problem with it. The power works to recline couch and adjust head rest. It looks great and is very comfortable when reclining. Very happy with buying this couch!
Amazing
I don’t ever write reviews but I will for this couch. One of the best couches I’ve sat on ever. It’s so comfortable and not bulky even though it’s a recliner couch. The feet recliner separately from the head which is so amazing. The delivery was great so happy we purchased it. You won’t regret it!

Great Lounger
Bought those in the light tan 3 yrs ago. Although we are not big people, we use it everyday. It looks like the day it was delivered. It's a meaty man's chair for sure. Reclines smoothly. It is heavy and a little more bulky than I wanted. Very happy with it. But next time a little more slim lined. Nice quality leather.
Unfortunately 45 days
We have own this couch for 45 days and it is already having electricity issues. Left side of the couch will not recline. We are trying to have someone come fix it, but for this price it should not be 45 days in and already having issues… really disappointed.
Delivery incomplete
I love the chair, but Macys has yet to provide the power cord needed for chair to recline. I have contacted customer service numerous times but still have no cord. Two weeks ago a cord was send but to the wrong address. I really want to keep this chair but have about given up hope and may have to return it. Please Macys, send me the power cord.
They Dont Build Them Like They Used to...
To set the stage, I previously owned a leather couch that I bought from Macy's 30 YEARS AGO. AND I purchased that couch as a floor model. During the 30 years I owned the couch, I relocated move than 14 times across 4 states and 2 countries, and I had a 75 lb dog who regularly sat on the couch. Not once did I ever experience a single defect with the quality of the leather on that couch. I finally decided to "upgrade" to this Gabrine. In less than 3 years small circular imperfections started to appear below the area where a silk accent pillow rests. One of these circles eventually evolved into a rip. That's far from normal wear and tear, especially since it's not in an area that I sit on-- it's covered up/"protected" by an accent pillow. But here's the kicker...my "Worry No More" warranty has caused me to do just that-- WORRY! They denied coverage for this imperfection. So now I have to look forward to the other small circles probably sprouting into more holes. Ugh!
