Melted chocolates!
I love FrangoMints and was so sad they had not been shipped well. The first shipment had clearly melted and then "reformed" into smushed chocolates all on one side of the box. I called and advised them and they happily agreed to send me a replacement. That second shipment was filled with ALL liquid melted chocolate. The boxes were actually warm! I live in Florida and I think that they would put some type of cooling package in the box to avoid this happening.
Great mint chocolates
Hard to beat Frango mints. The quality is excellent. Too bad the trio assortment is no longer available.
Cyber Monday failure
The mints are wonderful but they were only ordered when Macy's failed to deliver Frangos in the commemorative Chicago tin that was advertised online on Cyber Monday. Note that Macys charged my credit card at the time of purchase and then days later said they were out of stock.
So delicious!
The mints are so delicious! Everyone loves them! They are very creamy, melt in your mouth, and have just the right amount of minty flavor! I give them as gifts, and have them for the holidays. Everyone loves them!
