Forever grown lab ring

Beautiful but not crafted well. After 3 times of wearing ring, diamond fell out. Called CS and all they can offer is $15 credit. I've had the ring for 2 months. Do not purchase. Unfortunately, will not buy jewelry from Macy's again.
