Stone fell out after wearing 2 times!

I bought the ring in the store, and it looks beautiful! After wearing it 2 times, the stone fell off! I wore out to dinners and carefully placed it in a velvet ring holder each time and still don't understand how the stone fell out!! Looks great, but not worth it!
