Faulty

Mine seems to be faulty. After a couple of uses, it started to constantly disconnect from my phone. It stopped every few seconds. It won’t heat up and the plastic ring doesn’t click into place enough to hold the mask. It’s unusable. I’m really disappointed and have applied through the warranty scheme. We’ll have to see how good customer service is.

My Favourite Device

This is the best skincare device I have ever used. I love that the masks are safe for every-day use, and do not cause breakouts or any other type of reaction. My boyfriend and I use it almost every single day, and have received compliments on the improved appearance and hydration of our skin. I bought one as a gift for my uncle and have suggested it to my friends in their late 30s.

easy to use and operate

Luv it!

Nice evening routine

Very nice device for regular beauty routine, easy and comfortable. Sometimes it suddenly disconnects from Bluetooth but it is easy to reconnect it again.
