Its a good dinnerware set for use my was delivery is fined nothing break only the cup has washed design after 1 washed i don't know why

scuffs and marks on the gold ring parts

I really really love these dishes but there are some scuffs, looks like faded parts that are wiped away in certain areas where the gold is supposed to be so it makes them look bad. I found this on numerous cups and I haven't checked the plates yet which is very disappointing because it's supposed to be a wedding present. Also, the box was bent so I'm hoping there's no damage.

Original box is all damaged.

This was purchased for a gift. The original box and the packaging inside all were damaged.

Never received

I ordered this item online and revived the first order damaged. Contacted customer service and they said they will replace if I ship the damaged set. I returned the damaged set and never received a replacement set and they charged me. Contacted customer service couple times with no resolution

Broken Twice

These are the worst packing set I've ever purchased. They came broken the first time. Macy's send me a replacement and they too was broken. They were worst than the first set. Please dont waste your time. Dont buy this dinnerware set
