Bad materials, bad assembly, bad customer service

Straight out of the box the sole on the right shoe was already peeling off the bottom of the boot. Macys did not issue a refund and instead only offered me a $15 gift card. Ugh, as if. I had to take the boot to a shoe repair who informed me that whatever materials they used were very poor quality as they also had a hard time trying to re-adhere the two pieces. The sole on the left boot is soft and bordering on gummy. If I’m not intentional with every single step, it leaves behind thick black scuff marks on the ground that is indicative of the rubber being poor quality or improperly handled. All in all a very poor product and less than stellar customer service response. Size ran a little small. Can still fit it in my regular shoe size but it’s very snug.

Very cheaply made

1st time wearing them the sole on one fell off got fixed then both heels lost their bottom Got fixed. Spent more fixing then what I originally paid
