Why a white cooking surface?

We just retired a small Farberware pan, and replaced it with this. I love the brand, and loved the old pan, but cooking egg whites on a white, non-stick surface is the absolute worst.

Good Value!!

Good value for the money! Cookware cleans up easily with mild dish soap, hand wash and dry. Lightweight pieces cook food quick and even. Everything needed for basic use including set of utensils. Quality of product seems to match price.

Terrible pans BEWARE

Possibly the worst pans I’ve ever owned. I lather with olive oil, cool before washing, no washing machine. Within a year eggs completely coating pan. Considering throwing in trash
