I purchased the queen size firm and I love it. I am a side sleeper and this pillow is cloud soft after molding into shape. I'm getting a great night's rest.

I do not like a pillow with a lot of rise so this was perfect for me. Also, because it is just down, there were no feathers pricking me. Great pillow.

This pillow was supposed to replace my pillow in use. The original pillow was full and incredibly comfy. You could squish the feathers and mold it to perfection. It slowly became smaller and less moldable. This new pillow has less fill than the used one it was supposed to replace .Disappointed.

Hi Bruce. I think there may have been a mistake with your density choice. We have these pillows in a Side/Back Sleeper option and a Stomach Sleeper option, which you chose here. It sounds like your original pillow was the Side/Back Sleeper pillow, based on your description. Please purchase our Side/Back Sleeper version after your return, and you will find that your new pillow is a new and improved version of the old. Thank you!

I SLEPT ON THIS PILLOW LAST NIGHT AND FOUND IT TO BE RATHER SKIMPY. I LIKE A DOWN PILLOW BUT IT NEEDS MORE DOWN AND PERHAPS SOME FEATHERS. DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS ON SALE BUT I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. NO SUPPORT.

Because it contains premium white down rather than feathers, the pillow is designed to gently conform to the head and neck instead of creating a firm, elevated sleeping surface. Customers seeking more support, particularly side and back sleepers, may find a medium, firm, or overstuffed pillow to be a better fit for their sleep style. This is my third pillow and I love them. Comfy right out of the box. I have neck issues and this is the only pillow that I can use.

Not firm. Knew there was an issue when the pillow came in a plastic bag not much bigger than a bread bag.

If the pillow felt soft right away, it’s also possible you may have received the incorrect density by mistake. Our Firm Side and Back Sleeper version is designed to provide noticeably more structure and support than our Soft Stomach Sleeper option.

Beware! Shame on Macys for how they do Business!
I ordered 2 of these pillows from Macys.com. When I seen where they were being shipped from Goodwill of East Texas! I tried to cancel the order they wouldn’t . Paid for 2 day shipping, they arrived 2 days late! Finally received them only to be pillows from “The Pillow Guy”, cheap polyester pillows. Wrong items completely. The customer service fits along with the whole transaction. AI this, AI that 3 tiers to get to someone competent to hopefully get a refund still pending. Way too many levels of deceit , excuses and just wrong! Really….donated pillows at Macys prices! Wow!
