Don’t expect soft sateen. These are NOT that. But the quality is very good and they breathe well. When they arrived the smell when I opened them was noxious. Immediately put them in the wash and they were fine.

Wore very fast
I had high hopes for these not exactly cheap 1200 thread count sheets when I bought just over a year ago. We don’t overly wash our sheets and prefer line dry but they do go in the dryer, just never at high heat. They show lots of thread wear and ripped big at the cuff this morning when my husband tried to pull the flat sheet up a bit. So disappointing.
Horrible
These are so rough! I tried washing them hoping they would soften but no luck. Spent a lot of money and stuck with bad sheets.

I have been looking for good quality sheets for a while and have tried many. These sheets are thick and crisp but soft. Once I tried them I ordered several more and got rid of all of my other sheets. Great product.

Not for hot areas
Too hard and hot . It feels as a table cloth . Maybe for cold areas , definitely not for Florida weather.
