Comfortable pillow
Very comfortable and supportive pillow. It feels soft but still provides great support, and I slept very well on it. Great quality and definitely a pillow I would recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify for future customers that these pillows are specifically engineered at a Firm Density to provide the necessary support for side and back sleepers, which requires a more structured feel than a soft or medium pillow.
Because these are shipped in specialized, compressed roll packaging, the fill can feel abnormally tight or "hard" immediately upon opening. We recommend a quick tumble in the dryer on low heat to allow the down-alternative fibers to properly expand and reach their intended loft. New pillows - same problem
I was hoping for a pillow that would not compress and then stay compressed in the middle, which is a problem with many King pillows. Unfortunately, the fill shifts to each end and requires shaking, fluffing, and flipping to regain the shape. Disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. These are firm density down alternative pillows, so they are designed to provide a fuller, more supportive feel for side and back sleepers. Like all fiber filled pillows, regular fluffing helps redistribute the fill, especially across the wider surface of a King pillow.
That said, the fill should not remain permanently pushed to the ends after normal use. Please try a quick low heat dryer cycle with clean dryer balls to help loosen and evenly redistribute the fibers.
Good side sleeper pillow
Pillows are big and not very soft. That’s the type I like. Good for side sleepers

Not firm
Not firm and gets flat almost immediately. I purchased 2 king sized pillows last month and since then i have terrible headaches in the morning because my neck is positioned wrong all night. I also started snoring. I would not recommend these pillows. Im looking for better options
Disappointed
I purchased a four pack of Ella Jayne king overstuffed pillows four years ago. They were great for sleeping on my side and held up well. I ordered these hoping they would be overstuffed like my old ones. They were not and they were double the price. I shipped them back for return this am.

Perfect Pillow!
My husband and I love these! They are soft, cool, and do not lose their shape. I had originally ordered the cool n comfort gel fiber pillow, but we wanted a more firmer pillow, so I ordered these. They are perfect for us since we are side/back sleepers. Ella Jayne is a great company with great products...very quick to respond to any issues, packaging was excellent and fast shipping!
