Comfortable pillow
Very comfortable and supportive pillow. It feels soft but still provides great support, and I slept very well on it. Great quality and definitely a pillow I would recommend.

Aren’t even close to being firm & lacking in fill
I ended up keeping the pillows but they aren’t at all what the description said. It’s advertised as firm & a pillow that has plenty of filling and that’s what I was needing. They’re actually flatter than my older cheap run of the mill pillows. I was honestly extremely disappointed. They aren’t firm at all.

We would like to clarify for future customers that this pillow is constructed with down alternative fill to provide a balanced, responsive support rather than the rigid feel of foam or heavily packed fiber pillows. Because of this construction, it will have some give while still being designed for side and back sleeper support.
It is also important to note that these pillows are shipped in compressed packaging, and the fill requires a bit of time or a short tumble in the dryer on low heat to fully expand and reach its intended loft and firmness. Until fully recovered, the pillow can appear flatter than expected.
For those specifically looking for a very dense, non-compressible feel, a foam or extra firm packed pillow may be a better fit. We appreciate you sharing your experience as it helps guide future shoppers toward the right pillow for their preference.
Good buy
These are wonderful. It didn’t take the full 24 hours to get maximum fluff. As soon as I opened the package, the pillow burst into filling back to its original shape. Works well for back and side lying keeping my neck in alignment.

Disappointed
I purchased a four pack of Ella Jayne king overstuffed pillows four years ago. They were great for sleeping on my side and held up well. I ordered these hoping they would be overstuffed like my old ones. They were not and they were double the price. I shipped them back for return this am.

Stays cool
I’m a hot sleeper. I ordered a different one of these gel pillows from somewhere else and it wasn’t cotton so it was sticking to my face when I slept on it. I feel like this one breaths well and doesn’t get sticky or sweaty because it’s cotton. I’m definitely getting better sleep now.

Perfect Pillow!
My husband and I love these! They are soft, cool, and do not lose their shape. I had originally ordered the cool n comfort gel fiber pillow, but we wanted a more firmer pillow, so I ordered these. They are perfect for us since we are side/back sleepers. Ella Jayne is a great company with great products...very quick to respond to any issues, packaging was excellent and fast shipping!
