Hard cushions
Very hard cushions. Back hits at shoulder level (I am short) so a bit uncomfortable. Mechanism to covert to bed works well. Arms were awkwardly stored in storage section under couch- extremely difficult to remove to attach to sides. Looks just like pictures. Would not purchase at full price.
