Beautiful color
Maritime is a beautiful color. But in my opinion, this jacket needs to be lined -- for shape and for comfort. Trying to get a slim corduroy jacket on over another shirt and then actually move around is difficult -- it's like wearing a strait jacket. Further, a lining would help the front facings and pockets behave. I know it's possible, as I have two lined EF corduroy jackets that, while old, still look and function great. Without a lining, this is a casual jacket that is going to lose its shape when washed.

Autumn perfect
I tried this on in store and sized down to xxs from my usual xs for a better fit. I love the soft dark blue and ordered the matching pants for a comfortable fall suit.

Corduroy High Collar Jacket
This is a cute, comfy jacket that'll be useful in my casual wardrobe. I ordered my typical Eileen Fisher size and the fit is as expected. Deducting one star because the jacket arrived quite wrinkled and with some spots of crushed corduroy. Usually EF does a better job with packaging, or maybe it's just the nature of corduroy. I will need to either steam or wash the jacket before the first wear and I'm a little nervous about that.

Soft and stretchy
Delightfully soft, and can wear as a single top. Stretchy too, moves with you.
