I love the aluminum, and it's even cooking.

I have several Ecolution pans and they are good quality, reasonable price, especially if on sale. This one is perfect for 1 or 2 eggs fried or omelete. It will scratch so I always use a silicone spatula. This model has a nice weight/thickness and comfortable handle. I am glad to find it again and keep looking for the 11 in size.

Terrible Pan

This Pan is a piece of junk. It's certainly is not non stick all the food sticks in it. I would really want my money back because I have to throw this in the garbage pail

So glad to have this skillet. Just the right size for grilled cheese, and other quick dishes. Non stick interior, easy cleanup, and awesome price. Love it !!!!!

Love this little frying pan!

Ecolution Evolve 8" Non-Stick Frying Pan is a really nice product. I use it all the time to fry eggs, fried or scrambled, to make pancakes, to saute things, etc. I do add a little oil or butter for flavor, but the pan is non stick and works well for that purpose. It is nice and lightweight and easy to clean. The perfect size for my small needs. The silicone handle is very comfortable.
