Not disappointed but not completely satisfied

I sized down and the boots still slip off my heal. Nice looking boots.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out! We’re glad you like the look of the boots, but we’re sorry the fit wasn’t quite right. Some heel slip can be normal during break-in, but they should not feel like they’re slipping off. A thicker sock may help, though a smaller size may be a better fit.
