Power Cable Issues / Cumbersome to Use
I’m returning after my second use to lower to a 2-star review. The reason is the power cable design. It’s worth considering not buying this or at least just know every time you use it will be cumbersome because of how the power cable is designed.

Very Solid, Not Amazing
This is a 3 or 4 Star product. It generally does what it supposed to and it's good, but it has flaws and for the price point is only okay. 1. Main issue: Power cable is a pain to deal with. It does not retract automatically like a vacuum. It is cumbersome and you have to manually roll it up under the unit. 2. Again at this price point it should come with a case or something to organize all the different attachments. 3. It cleans well, but you do seem to have to wipe down most areas with a dry cloth after use. So it ultimately doesn't feel like some super magical tool. 4. It's a bit cumbersome to move around the house (again power cable is a factor here). That said, overall good. Does the job for sure. I would recommend but don't expect to be completely blown away.

Total Game Changer for Dog Owners!
If you have giant breeds, you know the struggle: drool + dirt + hair = a floor that looks like literal cement. We have 2 Cane Corsos and I have tried everything—bucket mops, scrubbing pads, and those overpriced "all-in-one" mops that just bleed your wallet dry on chemical refills. Nothing worked without agonizing elbow grease. Enter the Dupray Neat Plus. Wow. Just wow! The steam literally vaporizes stubborn drool and stickiness off our tile floors like magic. Plus, being able to refill it on the fly without waiting for a reheat is a massive time-saver. I’ve already used the attachments to tackle our sliding glass doors, fridge, stove, toilets and grout. Mopping (cleaning) went from my absolute worst chore to something I actually look forward to. If I had to be super picky, I’d love for the mop head to angle just a little bit better. But honestly? This machine is still a powerhouse. I love this thing—and it makes loving my droolly pups a whole lot easier! Buy it. You won't regret it.

DO NOT BUY!!! Doesn't work after 3 uses
DO NOT BUY!!!! Not sure if my unit is defective or not however I've only used the machine 3 times and went to use it for a 4th time worked fine at first but after a couple mins of use I stopped spraying and after this the unit would not spray again. Insanely expensive unit for it to only have worked 3 times.

Best Cleaning Product
This is one of the best purchases I've made. It's incredible value for what you get, and people who say it's "too expensive" don't know what they're talking about. I have strong sensitivities to any fragrances and harsh cleaners, so having this steamer that literally uses 0 chemicals is the best investment ever, not only for health but cost as well. It's extremely effective at what it does, and as long as you use the right attachments for the material and surface, it will leave it brand new, and better than any toxic liquids can achieve.

Great Purchase!
I’ve had this for a few weeks and have put it to the test! Most notably, I cleaned the bottom of our very old shower that has been stained since we moved into our house. No product has touched it. With some solid elbow grease and this steamer, the stain is gone and it’s nothing short of a miracle. I’ve used this in my bathroom, car, on carpet, upholstery, you name it. Solid product and so easy to use. Nothing but good to say.

I like it
I really love this product—it’s excellent for steaming and cleaning. However, I’ve run into two issues that I hope can be addressed. First, the cord is not retractable, which makes it difficult to move around in larger spaces and inconvenient to store. Wrapping it underneath is not very practical, and it doesn't stay in place. Second, the hose is already coming apart from the main square unit, and I purchased this less than a year ago. Considering the price, I was expecting greater durability for a household item of this quality.

Satisfied with some notes
This is my first steam cleaner, and overall I've greatly enjoyed it. It heats up quickly, get's the job done, and is easy to swap out all of the attachments. One gallon of distilled water lasts me multiple cleanings of my 1 bedroom apartment. There are two suggestions I have that would bring this product from 4 to 5 stars. 1. Similar to other reviews, the cord not being retractable makes it a hassle to wrap and store underneath. Even if they added something like a manual crank or handle, that would be awesome. 2. You really have to be gripping the trigger hard and constantly to get it working. I have some carpal tunnel, and the constant gripping makes my hand/wrist sore. Also, the handle can get pretty warm, not hot where it hurts, but definitely makes my skin turn bright red from all the pressure I'm applying and the heat. Not sure if it was for safety reasons, but if they could make it more of an on/off switch type of situation, that would save my wrist from all the fatigue. Overall though, for the price point and a chemical-free clean house, I think this product is worth it.
