Terrible quality, so disappointed

So disappointed in DKNY handbags. This one in particular is made so poorly. How do you price this handbag so high and yet the quality is so poor shame on you DKNY.

Bag is not spaceous as expected and its interior is unaccomodating. The material is made of makes this bag stiff and rigid.

Not well made

The style/design is classic. The shape is a tailored, professional look. Unfortunately, the purse has lost its shape already after only 2 months! A purse like this should last for years. It is not built for daily use even though the design is for everyday.
