Pretty.. but

This is a pretty necklace… But, it’s so delicate the chains are a nightmare to untangle! It arrived in a very nice box and then packaged in a plastic bag. I gave up after 10 minutes of trying to unravel the three layers of chains. Had to return it since it was fustrating!
