Major Disappointment

While this jacket is absolutely beautiful I will be returning, as it appears I was sent the wrong size. I am familiar with this brand & have ordered other items online & have always been extremely pleased; however, I ordered an XLarge, as usual, & what I recd appears to be either a small or medium size, but it is labeled X-Large. Customer Service at Macy’s was great & handled the problem well. I do not fault Macys for the mistake as items in this brand are shipped directly from the vendor..
