High end cleanser could be improved

Trying to replace plastic surgeon's recommended product for facial cleansing. This item would be better if it generated a thinker lather. The foaming is light and I need 2 presses to have a decent result on wet hands with wet face. My skin does feel spectacular after the wash. A very mild scent is pleasant and non-offensive
