I never received the shipment. When I go to tracking it says SHIPMENT VOIDED. I was never even notified that the shipment had been VOIDED. I would love to hear back from you explaining why the shipment was VOIDED.

Just what I expected and delivery time was reasonable. My old set was 30 years old and didn't always work well.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for the order which was to be here over a week ago. Tracking the order is impossible. It took a week to "process " the order and then in has been in transit ever since . The expected delivery date was 3 days ago. Macys should use a more reliable delivery service with real tracking. DISAPPOINTED.
