Not very comfortable

So, at first glance this backpack looks great! I love several things about it... it sits snuggly on the carryon freeing up my hands; it has many compartments and slots so that things stay in place instead of flopping around inside and has easy access to the front for a passport. However, after trying it on it seems stiff and uncomfortable. Maybe because I am short, but the buckles fit right in my armpit and hurt. I adjusted the straps so that the buckles are lower but then noticed that the straps although nicely padded are too wide for my frame and also fit right in my armpit making it again uncomfortable. I love that the side pockets have a magnetic closure, however, it is a tight fit for even a small bottle of water. I think the backpack is nice but may be more suited for a taller person.

Beautiful, durable and lots of room!

I bought this a week ago and can’t wait to go on my next trip. I have been wanting this suitcase for years. I couldn’t believe it went on sale. Macy’s has the best sales and as soon as it goes on sale again, I will be buying matching pieces. My husband even wants his own set! Ok, so I grabbed one off of the display and started wheeling it around. I couldn’t believe how smooth the wheels are. I opened up the case which is a very sturdy zipper. There are two sides separated by inside zippers. So Much Room!

Disappointed

Shoulder strap/Handle peeled with little use. Bought as a gift to match suitcase, loved both until the handle on the tote just separated and came apart. Quality is very poor especially surprising for a luggage company. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.
