Returned product.

Developed an "airlock" as I was going through set up procedures. I couldn't clear the error even with the AI assistant. Returned the product as directed two weeks ago but I haven't heard back from them since. I was hoping for a rebate.

Perfect gift!

I bought this for my 21 year old daughter’s birthday. She absolutely loved it! She’s a barista so she knows good machines and she says it’s fantastic. Super easy to use. She loves that she can make espressos and that she can also make cold brews. Very happy with my purchase. She wanted the color Rose’ and it’s a beautiful color.

Cute counter machine that does a great espresso

Happy with my purchase and morning espressos. I have not yet tried the cold brew option. The machine takes up little space on the counter and looks great. I love the pistachio colour. I am only giving 4 stars as the steamer is loud. I opted to buy the Nespresso Aeroccino for both ease and noise level. Now my morning caffeine hit is perfect.
