This review is from Dalyn Silk Road Washable SR5 6'6"x9'6" Area RugDisappointed- colors not vibrant as shown in pics.
I was so disappointed that the colors were not vibrant like the photos but rather muted due to the mixing in of lighter colors. Not as pictured at all. The texture felt nice to the touch but turned white when brushed in the opposite direction. Also, the rug had serious creases that looked awful.
Response from Macy's
We are sorry to hear that you've disappointed with your purchase. We will provide your review to the manufacturer to ensure that colors are accurately depicted in images. Rugs that ship folded will sometimes have creasing upon receipt, these should come out once the rug has laid flat for a few days. Thank you for your review!
This review is from Dalyn Silk Road Washable SR5 6'6"x9'6" Area RugNot the same color
I ordered the copper color. The bag said copper but the rug is more blue. Very deceiving. Need to see the rug in person not on line. It is a nice rug but wrong color
Love the thickness
Nicely done rug. Vacuums easily and has maintained its pile so far.
