Still do not have rug
I ordered this with a delivery date of 10 days ago. With multiple calls to Macy's being told it is being sent and with delivery dates in tracking that come and go, with multiple days sitting waiting for it to arrive as promised, there is still no rug and no confirmed delivery date. In this recent office move, I have worked with 5 different vendors to order furniture and have had zero issues with other vendors. However, the Macy's experience has been a complete nightmare from ordering. They cancelled multiple orders for no reason, items have not arrived on time, have arrived broken and have created over 10 customer service calls. Macy's has not taken ownership for anything and pushes everything off on 3rd party vendors. They should not be the middle man on these if they cannot manage their vendor and client relationships. I will NEVER order from Macys and if you want to save yourself time and stress, I would suggest you don't either.

Beautiful colors, soft to walk on, well made
This review is from Dalyn Hatay Washable HY1 9'x12' Area RugBeautiful Rug!
The rug looks wonderful. We don't have our furniture yet, but I know the dining room table will look fantastic on it! It does look a bit more like a deep Navy instead of Black when you look at it close up, but from a distance it does appear blacker, which is what I was going for. Very elegant design. Feels smooth. We have a rug pad under it that still needs trimming, but we like how it feels on our feet, not that we will spend time in the dining room on our bare feet.

THIS RUG IS A PIECE OF JUNK! I AM SHOCKED THAT MACYS WOULD SELL IT.
Response from Macy's
We are sorry about your disappointment with this rug, this is not the experience we aim to provide to our guests. It is our sincere hope that you're able to find a rug you truly love.

Been on the lookout for a perfect area rug with decent pile height and this one ticked all the boxes. It’s very soft to touch and easy to clean too. Grabbed this on a thanksgiving deal.

Measurements wrong
Would have given 5 stars because loved the color, design and texture and so I will keep it. However, ordered 5 ft by 3 ft rug (60 x 36) and received a 57 1/2 x 33 1/2 inch rug. It is not much difference, but the measurements was one of the reasons I ordered it. Will be reluctant to order rugs in the future.
