Stays sharp and stylish.
I have been using this knife set for a few months now, and honestly, they have stayed sharp and seem to be well made. I know the material isn’t super high quality, but I think these will last you a long time. I haven’t tried to sharpen them. The stand that the set comes in looks nice on a counter top and the design of the knives is also cool.

Sleek Modern & Very Sharp
These knifes are 😍 !! Right when I was about to buy a set of knifes I received these at the perfect timing when moving into my new apartment. Beautifully desiged knives
The 7 piece Shi Knife Block set is made with Japanese Steel. This knife set makes you feel like a professional chef. The knives sit perfectly in your hand and give you so much control. The Best of the Best! Unique & the Highest Quality
This is hands down the best set of knives I’ve ever worked with, much less owned! It’s now my favorite thing in my kitchen and I insist on doing all the prep. These are razor sharp and cutting through things like tomatoes is like butter, onions, cucumbers like cake, and tough produce like pumpkin or pineapple so easy. I’ve had way less close calls cutting with these knives than any other knife I’ve used (and I semi-regularly sharpened my knives, which were somewhat decent) because they’re so accurate and go exactly where you intend them to. The design themselves is beautiful and the handle is a gorgeous dark wood that’s comfortable to hold. The holder it comes in is sleek and shows them off. I 100% would recommend these knives if you’re a fanatic, a chef, or simply a home cook who wants to have a killer knife set.

Gorgeous and functional
Pros: -Very well packed and set is gorgeous. -Extremely sharp. -Beautiful hammering on the blades keep food from sticking. -Strong magnet in the bamboo block keeps the sharp knives from moving unless intend to move them. Cons: -the small santoku arrived with a small burr towards the center of the blade but we were able to remove it through sharpening.

The Unboxing Alone Deserves Five Stars. The Knives Deserve the Other Five. I expected a beautiful knife set. I did not expect the unboxing itself to be an experience. From the moment I opened the package, it was obvious someone had considered the entire journey. The presentation is so thoughtful that instead of tearing through it, I found myself slowing down and enjoying each reveal. And then there are the knives. Sir/Ma’am: The photos do not do them justice. The hammered Japanese steel is stunning, the dark wood-grained handles are elegant and substantial, and the bamboo-and-acrylic block displays them beautifully. More importantly, the quality lives up to the presentation. The knives feel wonderful in the hand, and the entire set feels intentionally designed—not simply assembled. There’s something special about buying an everyday object and realizing someone cared enough to make the entire experience feel extraordinary. Five stars simply aren’t enough. 10/10. 🌟
