Must have pan for any chef like kitchen

Was hoping for better

I was looking for a good quality 12" pan. This is lighter than I expected from Cuisinart, so-so heat distribution and odd domed lid. If I had seen this in person I would have passed. Oh well.

Hard to clean

Despite following exact cleaning instructions, these pots are extremely difficult to clean. You have to use extreme muscle just to get some little egg particles off of it.

Another Smart Cuisinart Find

Definitely 5 stars for looks alone. Using it today to take the table with skillet Spanakopita. Love that I can use it both on top of the stove and in the oven. It's sturdy (love the two handles) but not crazy heavy that I can't manage it. Great value, too.

Time for a change— 5 stars for stainless!

I have decided to change all my cookware from non stick to stainless. My concern before doing this was that food would stick in the stainless pans; but that has not happened. Love the look of stainless & happy I am making this change.
