Floppy coffee maker
If I could rate this a negative zero I would. This product only lasted four months. I did not keep my reciept so I did not call or went through the hassle of returning or reaching out to the company. Just will never purchase another product.

Nice little coffee maker
Small, great for small kitchens, simple and basic functionality. The carafe is a bit odd, spills easily while pouring so I always pour coffee over my sink. If you're looking for basic and functional this works great. No screens or clock. Just one push button to operate.

Looks nice but will quit on you
Aesthetically it’s a great coffee maker but I’ve gone through 2 already and both end up with the same issue of not brewing all the way. I cleaned it per factory instructions and then it won’t brew at all. Very nice looking paper weight now. Just because it looks pretty doesn’t mean it will work. Super disappointed

Efficiently Compact
This is a great, compact coffee maker. Whoever thought to put the reservoir on top instead of the back deserves a raise.

Great pot with a few exceptions
Great little coffee pot. I have issues: first, the warming plate only stays warm for 30 minutes after brewing; second, there is a place for a filter in water compartment but no info on his to obtain one.

No longer brews
I bought this 9/12/25 and for about 2.5 months it worked great and the coffee tasted great. Then one day, it would not brew. I did all the troubleshooting and even de-scaled the unit. The lights come on but that is it. I am very disappointed.

It's just what I wanted. I had to get used to how it works, but overall, it makes a good cup of coffee.
