Great Smashburger kit

Very good quality kit makes brilliant smash burgers and easy to keep clean. I like the lid supplied with the salt shaker too to keep the salt fresh.

never received

I have order 2 kits and none of them have been delivery. I ordered them almost a month ago. Customer service just gives me the run around. I think I am going to cancel them today and order from a different source. They were a gift and this has gotten embarrassing!

We’re very sorry to hear about the delay with your order and understand how frustrating this has been, especially for a gift. We encourage you to reach out directly to Macy’s and the shipping carrier, as we are unable to assist with orders from third-party retailers. We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’re committed to helping resolve any issues we can. Cuisinart
