Nice Multicooker

My last slow cooker was an All-Clad, when it failed I researched new units to see if there was a better slow cooker. I settled on the Cuisinart MC-400, multi cooker. It not only slow cooks but you can brown, sauté, steam and boil… you can cook anything you want in this baby! Brown before slow cooking all in the same pan so there is no extra pan to wash. The cooking insert is a breeze to clean. It’s light weight. Now that I’m older I appreciate that!! The only thing that’s missing is a programmable function to switch automatically while slow cooking from high to low. The slow cooker does switch to warm automatically after cook time ends.
