Good little compact device

I’m happy with the Cuisinart Mini prep Plus. It’s compact so fits well on kitchen surfaces and in the cupboard. It is easy to use and surprisingly powerful for such a small food processor. The capacity is ideal for everyday jobs like chopping onions, garlic and herbs, making salsa, pesto, dips and sauces, or grinding smaller amounts of nuts and spices. I also like the simple chop and grind functions and the reversible blade which gives you good control over the texture when done. The removable parts are easy to clean and dishwasher safe too.

Great Little Food Processor!

Love this mini-food processor! It is perfect to make pesto and to chop cabbage for slaw. I love the small size so that I don’t have to drag my large food processor out every time I want to chop or grind something up. I can leave it on my countertop without taking up much space. Highly recommend!
