Coffee grinder

I ordered this coffee grinder since August 10th, 2026. Today I contacted the UPS with my tracking number. The receptionist told me that UPS has not received it from the sender yet. It’s been a month now, I would like to know what happened and when I am going to receive it. Order# 4779261687. I hope someone can give me an explanation. Thank you

Not recommending-Poor design

The cup size and blades were small. The trigger button could easily get clogged with grounds. The motor isn't powerful.
