It’s my third one in 16 years

I like the fact that you made the improvements to the programming. I’m still not sure if there is something wrong with the way it finishes the coffee. Because it keeps on cooking the water that is gone. It makes popping sounds.

Satisfactory longe term service

Cuisinart is a reliable and trusted name in kitchen appliances. After 10 years of multi-day use, our 10 cup thermal pot coffee maker was finally replaced with the similar model. It prepared well over 5,000 pots of coffee. We are not disappointed. The thermal pot retains heat for hours without burning the coffee with the use of a hot plate. The replacement continues in its satisfactory service.

Poor design

I was so excited to receive it, because it had all the features I was looking for, but I was very disappointed when I made my first pot. There were grounds in the coffee and on top of the carafe after brewing. When I poured some into a cup, there was a ring of grounds around the edge and in the bottom of the pot was a layer of coffee silt. I tried paper filters, the permanent gold filter, using less grounds and nothing worked. It was noisy while brewing and the beeping when done was loud and annoying. Very disappointed and returned after 6 attempts.
