Original PenguinCrimson 29" Hardside Spinner Suitcase

DON'T ORDER LUGGAGE FROM MACY'S-PLEASE READ FIRST!

I purchased the 29" and the 21" (carryon) as a matched set. The 29" arrived just a few days later. However, it was in a large Macy's box. Just the suitcase. No labeling on the suitcase, scratches, dirty wheels, no documentation (warranty card/instructions on care) and the inside was in disarray. And the accent strip was light blue (should be black to match the online photos). Clearly this was not a new item. So I immediately ordered another 29" and it, too, arrived just a few days later. Yes-same issues, although the second 29" was wrapped in a Macy's plastic bag. Same blue stripe, no documentation, scratches, dirty wheels. Another used suitcase sent to me. The 21" suitcase arrived about a week later. The 21" was delivered in its original box and was new with all documentation, etc. Frustrated, I just ordered off of Costco which is what I should have done a first. Costco luggage was delivered in three days in manufacturer's box. New. I HAD TO RETURN THE THREE PIECES TO MACY'S. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE TO HAVE TO TAKE THREE LARGE BOXES INTO MACY'S...ONE AT A TIME BECAUSE THEY WERE LARGE AND THERE ARE NO CARTS AT MACY'S. DON'T ORDER LUGGAGE FROM MACY'S!
