broken item again

Replacement for original order 4744142358 due to shattered glass lid. however the replacement order 4744142358-0501151327473 included also two broken items. I am still with one container short- which is poor delivery performance.

Products Damaged TWICE

Ordered this set twice. Both times, the dishes were completely shattered. The Macy’s box did not indicate the items were fragile, and the Corningware box was thrown into the Macy’s box with one strand of packing paper. This set is only available online, and only available at Macy’s, so I had no choice but to have it delivered. Wish I could have bought it in store to avoid this issue. Package your fragile products better, Macy’s.
