Miss routed product

Can't review the product because it got sent to somewhere in IL. I live in MN. Really annoyed, can't talk to an actual person. Getting a credit but that's still not good customer service.

product was mis labeled and delivered to address many states away, applied for a credit. Very disappointed I could not speak to an actual person. Poor customer service. No wonder things aren't going well for the company. should be given a gift card for my inconvenience and annoyance.
