20 days agoThe pictures on the website are completely wrong
I just received my order and the jacket looks nothing like the pictures. The jacket I received is a motorcycle style jacket with a bunchy waist, zipper closure, and snap decorations on the shoulders. I called customer service who told me there was nothing to do but return the item because I received the item that matched the product description, it's just that the pictures on Macy's website correspond to a different jacket. I am so disappointed and bewildered
