Misleading pictures not the same toys

Received the toy with not the same characters that are shown on the picture. I wanted the fish and the turtle but instead there were two sharks in the package.

Other occasion to buy:The package is torn open in the front…. I don’t know if someone sliced it open with a knife or it was crushed? But can’t gift it this way…

Crushed/torn package- can’t gift it now

Package torn open in the front- maybe crushed? Tried to contact Macy’s through chat and after they said a real agent would help they never responded.
