Seller no response

I wrote to seller that the item came cracked on the side , and no response. I tried to reach customer service but the AI message gave a number and it’s does not give you an option to speak with a customer service agent. Don’t know what to do.

Nice to look at but that's about it. Bluetooth only works at 8 ft or less, sound quality is bad. Battery operated.
