Quality Control - Disappointing!

Ordered the bag and it came scratch on the leather and it was thrown in a plastic bag instead of wrapping it with tissue paper or something softer. Contacted Customer support to order a 2nd bag that I had to pay for again. Received the 2nd bag and it came with the security device still attached to the bag - very inconvenient I may add - it has a scratch on the logo which is metal. I don't understand who works at Macy's anymore that is in charge of packing and shipping the items, but obviously it shows as if I was purchasing a not so cheap bag from the FLEA MARKET. I have to ship or return both bags to the store. Horrible quality control! I still believe that Macy's is a nice retail store, but my latest experience is making me choose a different department store for future purchases - I didn't get the bag on sale so I will buy it directly from Coach!

Coach Tabby 20

I was so happy and excited to pick up my order during my lunch break. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to open it until I got home, and I was disappointed to find a blemish on the bag. I was especially looking forward to taking it with me on my trip to Napa next week, so it made me a little sad to see it wasn’t in perfect condition. That being said, I absolutely love the design. 🥰 It’s classic, timeless, and gives me such a beautiful 90s vibe. It’s exactly the style I was hoping for. If it weren’t for the blemish, this would have been a perfect purchase.

Coach tabby purse

It was smaller than I expected. It’s like a big wallet instead of a purse to me. Other than that the material was good and it could probably be used as a wallet you wear with a fancy dress to go out.
