Used Coach Kisslock
I purchased the Suede Coach Kisslock back and it arrived stuffed in a too little box. The Coach dust bag was missing. There were no tags price attached. They were found in the pocket of the bag. It was obvious that the bag was used due to some outer wear. It was on sale but I was still EXTREMELY disappointed so I returned it. I hated the fact that the sales associate looked as they she thought I had removed the tags. She was very hesitant about the return.
Delivery chaos
Although the bag is beautiful, my frustration is it was delivered with a store security alarm. This is not the first product that has been delivered with an alarm. It is very frustrating when I order something online and when it’s delivered, I have to go out of my way to take it back to a store to have the alarm removed. Macy’s please train your employees on how to do there jobs. I just received another item with the same issue. I’m just going to return it and shop somewhere else, how frustrating.

Selling used bag
This was on sale and I was so happy to get one. When I received from the curbside pick up, I can see this was obviously used, but drove home hoping it was just my impression with a glance. I got home just now and looked through-this was a used bag for sure and not just once or twice. Many times and over some time-the Suede where the handle is attached is wrinkled and the shape was deformed already. Multiple areas showing scratches in the brass, and I see dirty spots here and there even inside, with some sparkling particles and some hair on outside. The coach tag was folded and the suede had pressed. I can also see the edges were pressed and lost the softness of the suede. I know I got a deal but the deal was not because this was a used bag. Nowhere they posted this as a used bag. Returning and disappointed that Macy’s does this. They didn’t even bother to clean the bag.
