Love this bag so much so far. I bought it two weeks ago and have no complaints. Comes with two straps depending on how you want to wear it . Great for different occasions. Also had a lot of space in the inside.

Poor customer service & don’t know where

I bought this on August 1st online and it was coming a day before a birthday party. The day of I still have no idea where my package is. I waited till the 7th (day of someone’s birthday whom I had planned to gift this) and contacted customer service. They lied to me saying you’ll get it end of the day (mind u it’s already 7 pm) and they send me tracking info to prove it. Guess what, the tracking info was of someone else’s package in a city hours away from me and had nothing to do with me or my package. Very disappointed with the customer service. All they did was say sorry. I live in a rural town with things closing by 6 pm and not having much options to gift something nice. It was embarrassing showing up with nothing and telling them hopefully soon.

I hit this one for my daughter.she’s 11 and she loves it very much I do too. But for me it’s too small but I love coach bags I have a few.

Perfect Bag for a Teenage Girl

My granddaughter had been wanting to get a Coach bag for a few months now and she went online on the Coach website to show me which one she wanted. This particular bag is not sold in the Coach flagship stores so I went to my next favorite store which is Bloomingdales to see if they had this bag in stock which they did. This bag is so much cuter in person and perfect for a teenage girl to carry her essentials. She was so happy and excited about getting this bag and I was so happy to provide it for her. The bag is very complimentary for day or evening and can be dressed up or dressed down. I love that it comes with a long strap and a short strap so it can be more versatile. The bag is not too small and not too big and she now takes it everywhere with her.
