I didn't like how the straps were slipping off my shoulder. Someone suggested to flip the strap over one another and it didn't work. Had to return it. Overall it is a pretty handbag.

Modern and stylish

I like this bag quite a bit. It is slightly smaller than ideal, but I am managing to fit in full sized wallet, phone and keys. It is a subtle, versatile and elegant purse and I will get a lot of use out of it.

Did not receive item

Item said delivered but photo was somewhere else - not my home. Spent a week chasing down the item that had the wrong tracking number. Item was sold out so they couldn’t even reship it. I was offered 25% coupon or $5 off for inconvenience. I already have star rewards for 25% off and the $5 didn’t cover the hours I spent trying to resolve this issue. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and still don’t know where the issue started. Hope they fix for the future but highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I bet the item was probably decent enough.
