Cheaply made

I recently bought this bag. It is cheaply made and I intend to return it this week. I own a 42 yr old Coach Messenger bag…it is gorgeous and made extremely well and I love it. This bag is not worth the money. It looks and feels cheap.. Macy’s and Coach, I’ll buy a bag from another company.

How can I review something I haven't received

This item was shipped to San Antonio to California, to Ohio, and back to San Antonio. I still don't have it. By the way, I live 40 miles from San Antonio. Item might be beautiful, but I may never know. This was inexplicably assigned to Doordash.
