Take the day off shipping

Unfortunately, when my jumbo Take The Day Off arrived, the product had leaked all throughout the shipping box. I ended up having to return it. Very disappointing experience.

The package came damaged . It arrived with solution all over outside package. It was just placed in bog with no additional wrapping. I’m very disappointed. This is not the first time I received a package damaged, I have been a customer for many years and have never had any problems up until recently. I’m not sure I will continue on with Macys no matter how good the price is.

Good product when half of the bottle isn't missing

I ordered two bottles from the store in Tysons Corner. The sales associate was very helpful and arranged for them to be shipped quickly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the products had leaked throughout the box. After opening it, I discovered that the bottles had not been wrapped or protected in any way during shipping. As a result, both bottles were only about half full from leaking. The oily liquid also leaked onto my dining room table when I opened the package. I paid for two full bottles and did not receive what I paid for. While the in-store service was excellent, the packaging and shipping process were extremely disappointing.
