I love this because it stays on so long! I does have some chunky flakes that occur while putting it on. I like a very straight line and do not like smudges.

A good quality eye liner, especially for sensitive eye, ophthalmologist test, no more itchy on my eyes

Yes!

This is a great liner and have used many years. I first used it years ago in a free gift bag (with a purchase). Then my Mom started wearing it as well. Now she gets me one every Christmas in my stocking. Very smooth. Doesnt crumble and flake into my eyes like some liners have. And I like to use the smudge tip sometimes. I'm not familiar with a lot of the colors. Just the black. Always keep an extra on hand.
